We need to do an onsite visit first; cleaning services cannot rate the cleaning by assuming or estimating ballpark, set rates; that practice is irresponsible.
A real professional cleaning company needs to see the challenge the cleaning project presents. (Home Sq. Ft.; Challenge the home present; Frequency; Type of Flooring; Scope of Work Required, etc.)
